[December 15, 2020] – New Content in Grand Theft Auto Online

• The Cayo Perico Heist has been added to GTA Online. In this update, players are contacted by Miguel Madrazo who will task them with infiltrating one of the most secure private islands in the entire world, evading or neutralizing the heavily armed security forces stationed there, and escaping with valuable evidence along with as much art, gold and drug money as they can carry. Players must scope, prep, and execute the Heist either solo or with up to three other players and will have the opportunity to access several new weapons and vehicles along the way.
• The Cayo Perico Island has been added to GTA Online. The Island consists of several different key locations that players can explore while scoping for the Heist, including a beach party where new DJ collective Keinemusik performs an exclusive set. Upon completing the Heist as leader, players can return to the Cayo Perico beach party at their convenience and invite others along for the journey.
• The Kosatka has been added to GTA Online. The Kosatka is a new driveable Submarine property that acts as a base of operations for planning The Cayo Perico Heist. The Kosatka can be customized with Guided Missiles, a Sonar Station, and a Weapon Workshop. The Kosatka also comes with a Moon Pool where players can store the new Sparrow, Kraken Avisa and Pegassi Toreador vehicles.
• The Music Locker has been added to GTA Online. The Music Locker is a new Nightclub located underground below The Diamond Casino & Resort, which acts as a social hub and is where players can first meet Miguel Madrazo to learn about The Cayo Perico Heist. The Music Locker is also the venue that showcases new DJs added with this update.
• One new DJ has been added to GTA Online. Players can see this new DJ perform at The Music Locker:
  • Moodymann
• A new feature to toggle strobe lights in The Music Locker has been added. In the Style section of the Interaction Menu, the strobe light toggle can be found, listed as “Music Locker Strobes” and can be toggled on or off.
• New DJ Request Missions have been added to GTA Online for owners of the Casino Penthouse who have completed The Cayo Perico Heist. Players will earn special rewards for completing these requests.
• Two new Radio Stations have been added:
  • K.U.L.T 99.1 FM
  • Still Slipping Los Santos
• Two existing Radio Stations have been updated with all-new mixes and tracks:
  • Worldwide FM
  • FlyLo FM
• New Hidden Cache collectibles have been added to GTA Online. Players can find up to 10 Hidden Caches on the ocean floor around San Andreas each day. Players who own the Kosatka Sonar Station can blip the Caches on their radar. Players are rewarded with GTA$ and RP for finding these Hidden Caches.

I just signed into gta v online for the first time a while. I saw I had 3.7 million dollars and went to the casino to turn that into 4 million. I took out $50,000 and made about $300,000 when I exchanged my chips for money it showed my bank account only having 1 million! Is this a glitch or was I hacked or something?

I don't know if there's any value in posting a text list of these missions instead of a video, but it may help someone so here it is. These are all the Casino work missions that I've personally seen, but there may be more missions or more variants of them that I haven't found yet.
To start these missions, you must have hosted the first storyline casino mission, Loose Cheng. If you call Ms Baker while you are a CEO, MC President or VIP, she will have a "Request Work" option that starts a random Casino Work mission. Each mission rewards you with 5000 Chips, and between 5,000-10,000 GTA$ (not sure what causes the amount to change). Ms Baker also has a roughly 5 minute cooldown after a job before she will let you request more work.
There is also an Award tied to doing these missions, which gives you a total bonus amount of $180,000 after completing 50 missions.

• Bargaining Chips - Five thieves have stolen chips from the casino. When you enter each of the five search areas, Agatha will text more information and an image to help with the search. The idea is spooking the thieves into giving back the chips. They will either surrender and hand over the chips, run away, or attack you with a knife. If they run, I typically shoot them once then wait for them to stand, which is enough for them to surrender. If a fleeing thief gets killed, the chips can still be picked up but you'll get a 2-star wanted level. Killing a hostile thief doesn't grant a wanted level.
  
• Best Laid Plans - A group of criminals are planning a heist on the casino. Kill one of their members for a keycard, then go to their base of operations to kill 5-6 more heist members. After that, hack their laptop for the locations of the last four members (two in vans, two standing near buildings) who must be taken out.
  
• Damage Control - This is a special Casino Work mission that can only randomly occur if you black out on Macbeth shots in the casino. Simply drive a Mule back to the casino while still intoxicated within a time limit. I've had two variants of this mission.
  
  1. The truck is crashed into some shops near the Los Santos Customs in the desert, with paramedics nearby.
  2. The truck is perched on a cliff in Tongva Hills, north-east of the Chumash Bunker.
• Department of Defense - Take out a crew of 7-8 people next to the casino, then follow a Speedo van back to the crew's main base. Take out another 7-8 enemies including a boss with ballistic armour and minigun.
  
• Fake News - You are given multiple areas to check for a white news van. When you find the van, tail it until the driver gets out, then punch them until they're knocked out. Search their body for their wallet, then leave the area.
  
• High Rollin' - Drive a limosine from the casino and pick up an important guest. They expect a comfortable ride back to the casino, so for a $10,000 bonus you can slooooowly and safely drive back.
  
• Judgment Call - Drive to a judge's house, get stealth kills on their guards, then spook the judge into surrendering without killing them. Melee hits and shooting near them will work.
  
• Lost in Transit - Enemies have intercepted a Stockade van. Enter the search area, find the van by listening for gunshots, then clear out the enemies. Drive the Stockade back to the casino while being chased.
  
• One Armed Bandits - A shipping container containing slot machines must be located, but the docks are under enemy control. Baker gives you the four-character marker to find on the container. Search the docks for the correct shipping container, then take a Snapmatic picture and send it to Baker. Steal the enemy Skylift helicopter and airlift the container back to the casino. Strongly recommend using an Oppressor MkII as most of the containers are either high up or on cargo ships.
  
• Recovery Time - Reclaim a casino customer's car while stealth killing the enemies. The cars must be brought back in good condition, but can be repaired at LSC. I've seen two variants of this mission.
  
  1. The Vagos have stolen a customer's Itali GTO. Take out the gang members until one of them drops the car keys, then drive it back to the casino parking garage while avoiding Vagos chasing you.
  2. Police have impounded a customer's Entity XXR. Sneak into the impound lot, steal the car keys from a box near the main building's entrance, then get the car back to the casino (with a 2-star wanted level as you leave the impound).
• Safe Bet - Meet up with security guards and help escort their Stockade armoured van to the casino. Defend the van from enemies. Since it's a Commercial class vehicle you can stand on the roof without falling off at top speed, but be aware of enemy cars blocking or crashing into the van.
  
• Severance - A dealer who used to work for the casino has stolen some chips. Visit their house/hideout, then a short cutscene will show them escaping on a Sanchez. Kill them, pick up the chips, lose the cops, then get back to the casino.
  
• Undisclosed Cargo - This mission also has variants. They involve an "empty" car behind the casino that must be disposed of, with police setting up visual checkpoints to spot the car that you can avoid to prevent a wanted level.
  
  1. Drive a Baller to the scrap yard near the Maze Bank Arena.
  2. Drive a Tornado to the Altruist Camp, then leave the area.
  3. Drive a Landstalker to Banning (an unpopulated area near the docks), then drive the vehicle into the water.
• When the Chips are Down - Kill a group of enemies running a counterfeit chip business, then destroy their equipment and supplies. This one is annoying mainly for how many things need to be destroyed with explosives, so I'd recommend a vehicle with missiles if it's one of the outdooopen locations.

Using a screen character reader (OCR) and mathematics, it carries out the optimal strategy in horse racing as though an educated person with a spreadsheet would, very quickly and autonomously.

Using an auto hot key script I have spent a while making, you can now generate about 8-10 mill per week in horse racing while you sleep. At about this price mark, GTA sees you are making a lot of money and bans you for 7 days so if you want to play other casino games during the weekly cooldown period, this method may not be for you. There are methods to earn a lot more faster from horse racing but this keeps the rate low enough to earn more money in the long run.
Prerequisites: Must have mouse input mode set to "Raw Input" in GTA's Keyboard/ Mouse settings Must run autobetting.ahk as administrator (have mainloop.ahk in the same folder but don't open it yourself) Must start the script with all 6 horses showing and the main horse showing Must have GTA in the foreground, visible and not in full-screen mode (must be windowed) Must have Capture2Text.exe installed at C:\Program Files\Capture2Text\Capture2Text.exe Recommended around 200k in chips so bad beats don't wipe out all your remaining chips.
"CTRL + ALT + s" to start and stop the script
This is not cheating/hacking as the game cannot detect whether a program or a human is controlling the mouse and it is only doing what you would do, but frees you up to do other things while the computer does the tedious task.
As far as I am aware, there are no other methods in the game that allows generation of money fully automatically and at this scale without having to put in work before or after the autonomy - go to sleep and wake up with $2.6 mil
Please note every 15 minutes, the script performs a well-known trick (freezing and unfreezing the program) that dumps everyone out of your game to prevent hackers from removing you from your seat (I've had too many bad experiences with this so far). If the game appears to freeze and/or a blue loading icon appears on the mouse pointer for ~15 seconds, know that this is intended.

What is a solo player and why would anyone do that in a MMO?

GTAO is not strictly a MMO. Some people just do not derive joy from playing games with others. But would like to play in a immerseive online game where the content evolves and can have a shared experience. So some people chose to play solo.
There are roughly 3 types of solo play.

• StrictlySolo - This player will never want to play with another person ever. Pretty rare. But this guide will cover them.
  
• MostlySolo - This player will occasionally play with others in Missions, heists, and public freeroam. MostlySolo might have the holy grail of solo setups. A 2nd Machine with which to play. This opens up a whole new world of solo play. The 2nd machine will be mostly idle or can just be a buddy in the other room who occasionally hits triangle (or equiv) to get in and out of vehicles. The 2nd playemachine can be classified as ActiveParticipant (a live other person who can participate) or DeadWeight ( a 2nd machine/console or a person who is idling.)
  
• GroupSolo - Will prefer to only play solo but will occasionally play with a close group of friends or crew. Example would be someone who grinds crates alone then gets with others to do sales.

Casino Work

After purchasing a casino penthouse a user can call Ms. Baker to ask for jobs. These can be done in a invite only session. Either solo or with associates, in which case the missions can be scaled to have multiple objectives. These pay fairly low at about $10K-$15K per job, but they also sometimes pay in casino chips.

VIP Work

• Sightseer - Hack the system to reveal packages. Collect 3 packages in 15 minutes using a hacking app on the phone. Pay is $18K-$25 depending on how quickly it is completed.
• Asset Recovery - Retrieve a vehicle (usually a motorcycle) from either the Vespucci Police Station, La Mesa Police Station, Mission Row Police Station, Vinewood Hills Police Station, Sandy Shores Police Station, or Paleto Bay Police Station and deliver them to a drop off. Wanted level cannot be lost until close to the destination. Pays $5-$10K
• Hostile Takeover - Retrieve a package from either the Altruist Camp, Fort Zancudo, LSIA, or Merryweather Base and take it to a location. After stealing the package you get a 3 star wanted level. Pays $15K-$25K.
• Headhunter - Take out 4 targets that randomly spawn on the map. Two targets are always mobile and two targets are always stationary. ~$18-20K Guide

Extended VIP Work

(Must own vehicle warehouse and buy specific vehicles to unlock.)

• Fortified - "Enter the Armored Boxville and survive until the time runs out."" Payment: $30K-$35K
  
• Plowed - "Smash all the enemy supply crates using the Phantom Wedge." The supply crates can only be destroyed with the Phantom Wedge. Payment: ~$30K
  
• Fully Loaded - "Destroy all the turreted vehicles using the Ruiner 2000."" Using the Ruiner2K is not required. However at least one person must be in the Ruiner2K for the blips to show up on themap. This of course works better if someone else is with the CEO to keep the blips hot. Payment: $20K for destroying all vehicles. $5 for <10 vehicles destroyed.
  
• Transporter - "Use the Wastelander to transport a vehicle to the drop-off location." Payment: ~$22K
  
• Velocity - "Enter the Rocket Voltic and stay at the top speed until the time runs out to avoid detonation." Payment $35k
  
• Stockpiling - "Collect the cargo crates on land and at sea using the Blazer Aqua." Payout: ~$1500/package.
  

MC Clubhouse Contracts

• Torched - Destroy some NPC Crates. You can use missiles, bombs, or Molotov. Pay: $16,500
• Gunrunning - Ambush weapons dealer and deliver weapons to drop off Pay: $19K+ depending on how long it takes.
• P.O.W. - Rescue contact from secure location and get them to a safehouse. Pay: $23.5K
• By The Pound - Complete a deal and deliver it to a buyer Pay: $15,500
• Cracked - Attack a gang hangout and steal their cash.Pay: ~$7K+
• Jailbreak - Hijack a prison bus and get the inmates to escape vehicles.

After Hours aka Nightclubs.

• Nightclub Setup missions can be done solo in an invite only session with only the CEO.
• Nightclub New DJ these missions change the resident DJ.
• Nightclub Promote Club this can be done solo in an invite only session.
• Nightclub Income - Passive ~$10K/hr if the club is kept popular by doing Promote Club missions.

Client Jobs for Paige.

After purchasing a Terrorbyte the VIP/CEO/MC President can launch a series of client jobs.

• Robbery In Progress use the Terrorbyte to find a bank robbery and intercept the gold from the thieves. (1+ participant) $31,000
  
• Data Sweep - Hack multiple vehicles to determine which one has the data. Deliver to the client. (1+ participant ) $33,500
  
• Targeted Data - Get the info from LifeInvader to assassinate a target. (Note: can leave out the drones and do manually) (1+ participant) $30,000
  
• Diamond Shopping use the Terrorbyte drones to intercept a diamond shipment. (Note: It is possible to do the mission just by running in and skipping all the drone work.) (1+participant) $31,500 for all participants.

Note: Editorializing here but Paige is one of the nicest people you can run jobs for. Very validating in her manner and very supportive even when things go wrong.

Note: It is nearly Impossible to complete Ramped UP. Especially with DeadWeight.

VIP Challenges

• Cashing Out - Compete to steal the most amount of cash by hacking ATMs. Winner gets a bonus payout of $18K. Losers get $5K. Everyone gets to keep the money they stole.
  
• Salvage - Dive with rebreathers or a sumbmarine to collect ($) checkpoints. Each checkpoint is worth $500 after the first 10. 40-50 checkpoints. Winner gets a $18K bonus, Losers Get $5K. Like Due Diligence The winner of this can easily make $35-$45 in 10 minutes.
  
• Auto Buyout - Compete to steal and deliver the most high end vehicles. Payments are based on who delivers the most expensive vehicles. Winner gets the largest cut. Winner gets a percentage range from 0.71%-1.45% of total value. The percentage gets lower the higher the total is; it may cap at 0.71%. Loser gets $3k-$4.5K. The most expensive vehicle I have found is the Transit Buses and Dashound Buses which bring in $500K each.
  
• Due Diligence- Compete to find hidden packages. Each member of the team gets a trackify app on their phone. When you get close to the package you will see smoke. Do this in the town of Harmony on a Sanchez for quickest payout. If 1 person collects all the packages within 10 minutes, they get about $38K.

• Courier Service - Not really good with DeadWeibght. Compete against team members to grab protection money and deliver to a location. If in an air vehicle the money evaporates. All damage to courier and the couriers vehicle makes money evaporate.

Casino Work

After purchasing a casino penthouse a user can call Ms. Baker to ask for jobs. These can be done in a invite only session. Either solo or with associates, in which case the missions can be scaled to have multiple objectives. These pay fairly low at about $10K-$15K per job, but they also sometimes pay in casino chips.

• Targeted Data - Get the info from LifeInvader to assassinate a target. (Note: can leave out the drones and do manually) (1+ participant) $30,000
  
• Diamond Shopping use the Terrorbyte drones to intercept a diamond shipment. (Note: It is possible to do the mission just by running in and skipping all the drone work.) (1+participant) $31,500 for all participants.

MAME 0.196

MAME 0.196, our March release, is here just in time for Easter, and it’s packed with all the goodness you’ve come to expect. In a very exciting development, Team Caps0ff have extracted the C-chip data for Volfied, Superman, Rainbow Islands, and most importantly, Bonze Adventure. This cleanly fixes some of the most long-standing emulation issues in MAME. The improvements to Sega Model 2 have continued, with Virtua Fighter 2 and Motor Raid now considered working. Other Model 2 games are greatly improved as well.
For fans of 8-bit home computers, MAME 0.196 has improved ZX Spectrum family emulation, fixing many graphical glitches. A QuikLoad option has been added to several CP/M-80 machines, allowing .COM files to be loaded directly after the operating system has booted. Emulated IEEE-488 (GPIB) can now be tunnelled over sockets, opening up the possibility to simulate peripherals outside MAME. Interpro progress has continued, and is now at the point where you can boot the rebuild floppy.
Other new working arcade games include Big Buck Hunter, an older joystick-controlled version of Ghox, and a rare unprotected version of Opa Opa. With some fixes to our vector maths, War: The Final Assault is working, and Gunpey has been made playable using decompressed sprite data extracted from a working board. New LCD hand-helds include Dennis the Menace, Double Dragon 3, Jurassic Park, Spider-Man, The Addams Family, The Flash, and X-Men - Project X.
In an emulation first, MAME 0.196 supports QSound DSP emulation. For now, it’s only enabled for the vgmplay driver by default, and it requires a fairly fast computer to emulate at full speed. It will be enabled by default when system requirements are a bit more modest. The SH-4 recompiler has been enabled by default for Dreamcast-derived systems, giving substantial performance improvements.
Of course, there are plenty of other improvements. As always, source and Windows binaries are available from the download page.

I have no shame in admitting I close application to save my chips. I use the Penthouse dealers table playing Blackjack making give or take $300k per hour due to shit luck....apparently.I'm not using any modifications outside the game, nor am I hacking, im manipulating the flaws in the games mechanics for my ill-gotten gains (fitting seeing how its GTA).
Ive been playing on and off for the better half of today and I swear its not luck making me unable to win more than 2 games of Blackjack in a row and its bizarre how often im getting 6 of Diamonds and 2 of Hearts, not to mention, its actually dumb how often the dealer manages to get a total of 21 (that includes Blackjack right away and ones where he hit to 21).
Even with 3 Card Poker, Ive been using the glitch for 5 hours now and I have yet to win 2 games in a row. In 20 games I wrote down the dealer getting 7 pairs, 3 straights (all of them right after I had a straight) and 4 hands same to mine but higher)
Is the there a unique Casino system found in the GTA files set to actually rig the table games with exact outcomes? I skimmed over a comment a few days ago saying theres only a finite amount of combinations set for the horse racing, and where its technically possbile to know which horse will win each race (skim, not read. I could be wrong).

MAME 0.196

MAME 0.196, our March release, is here just in time for Easter, and it’s packed with all the goodness you’ve come to expect. In a very exciting development, Team Caps0ff have extracted the C-chip data for Volfied, Superman, Rainbow Islands, and most importantly, Bonze Adventure. This cleanly fixes some of the most long-standing emulation issues in MAME. The improvements to Sega Model 2 have continued, with Virtua Fighter 2 and Motor Raid now considered working. Other Model 2 games are greatly improved as well.
For fans of 8-bit home computers, MAME 0.196 has improved ZX Spectrum family emulation, fixing many graphical glitches. A QuikLoad option has been added to several CP/M-80 machines, allowing .COM files to be loaded directly after the operating system has booted. Emulated IEEE-488 (GPIB) can now be tunnelled over sockets, opening up the possibility to simulate peripherals outside MAME. Interpro progress has continued, and is now at the point where you can boot the rebuild floppy.
Other new working arcade games include Big Buck Hunter, an older joystick-controlled version of Ghox, and a rare unprotected version of Opa Opa. With some fixes to our vector maths, War: The Final Assault is working, and Gunpey has been made playable using decompressed sprite data extracted from a working board. New LCD hand-helds include Dennis the Menace, Double Dragon 3, Jurassic Park, Spider-Man, The Addams Family, The Flash, and X-Men - Project X.
In an emulation first, MAME 0.196 supports QSound DSP emulation. For now, it’s only enabled for the vgmplay driver by default, and it requires a fairly fast computer to emulate at full speed. It will be enabled by default when system requirements are a bit more modest. The SH-4 recompiler has been enabled by default for Dreamcast-derived systems, giving substantial performance improvements.
Of course, there are plenty of other improvements. As always, source and Windows binaries are available from the download page.
